Located right on Long Set Beach on Koh Rong, Barracuda Seafood Restaurant is a small beachfront restaurant specialising in fresh fish and seafood. There's nothing overly complicated about the cooking here: the fish takes centre stage, simply grilled or served with a few Mediterranean-inspired sides. You can enjoy your meal with your feet in the sand.

What we loved

We walked past almost every day, and after seeing the restaurant so busy and all those tempting plates of fish, we finally gave it a try. We loved it so much that we went back several times! The fish was absolutely delicious, the portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable. Chatting with the team, we learned that they work with a local fisherman who brings them fresh fish every day. It quickly became one of our favourite places to eat on the island!

Our tip

Don't just pick a fish at random from the menu! Ask the chef which fish are available that day and, most importantly, which one she recommends. She knows her products inside out and will take the time to explain the different options. It's also a great chance to try a fish you've never tasted before!
