Sangeh Monkey Forest

Located in Sangeh village, around 30 minutes from Ubud depending on traffic, this forest is home to hundreds of free-roaming macaques among towering trees. Mancingan Rice Terrace

Mancingan Rice Terraces are a lovely little stretch of terraced rice fields, ideal for a short walk through Bali's green countryside. A path takes you past the paddies, with plenty of opportunities for photos and glimpses of everyday local life. Allow around 20 to 30 minutes for a relaxed return walk. Entry is free, although you can leave a voluntary donation.
