The place at a glance

In Siem Reap’s Wat Bo neighbourhood, Khmer House Boutique is a small hotel on a quiet street, just a short walk from the centre. The rooms have balconies, and the outdoor pool is surrounded by tropical greenery. It’s a pleasant base for exploring the city while having somewhere peaceful to return to.

What we loved

This was our first hotel in Siem Reap, and we stayed quite a while. We loved our really spacious room and its little balcony overlooking the pool. What stood out most, though, was all the greenery, the peaceful atmosphere and, above all, the incredibly kind and attentive staff. They even brought us water while we were relaxing by the pool! Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice. It’s a place we’d happily recommend.

Our tip

If you’re looking for a hotel in Siem Reap that’s both peaceful and within walking distance of the city centre, this is an excellent choice. You can easily walk to restaurants and the livelier parts of town, then return to a quiet, leafy setting. The hotel also offers various activities and excursions that you can arrange directly on site.
