The place in a few words

Kalma Restobar is a restaurant and bar in the centre of El Nido, in the Philippines. But the real reason to stop by is the karaoke upstairs! In a laid-back atmosphere, you can order a few drinks, pick your favourite songs and grab the microphone for a fun evening with friends.

What we loved

We spent the first part of our evening here with the friends we'd met on our cruise from Coron to El Nido. A few drinks, some rather off-key singing and, above all, lots of laughter! We had such a good time, and it was a great way to keep the reunion going with our little crew. We didn't try the restaurant at all, so we can't comment on the food, but we had a brilliant time at the karaoke!

Our tip

If you're looking for something fun to kick off your evening in El Nido, head upstairs and sing a few songs. You don't need an amazing voice — the whole point is to have fun! It's even better with a group of friends. Just check that karaoke is running on the night you plan to visit.
