Located along the Siem Reap River near the Old Market, STREET FOODS by Champey is one of the small street food eateries at Riverside Market. Nothing fancy here: folding tables, plastic chairs and a varied menu of Khmer specialties cooked to order. It's a simple, unpretentious outdoor eatery where the food takes centre stage.
What we loved
We really enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere, sitting right by the water for a meal without any fuss. The service was quick, the food was good, and it had that homestyle cooking we particularly enjoy when travelling. But if there's one thing that stood out from our visit, it was the red curry: absolutely delicious and easily our favourite dish of the meal!

Take the opportunity to try something you’ve never had before! Don’t hesitate to ask the staff for recommendations and discover a local specialty that might surprise you. Bring some cash to pay for your meal and mosquito repellent so you can enjoy your evening by the water.
