Saga Specialty Coffee Camiguin

On Camiguin island, Saga Specialty Coffee is a café with a beautiful setting, warm atmosphere and thoughtful decor. It's a lovely spot for a great coffee, breakfast or a meal. The food is just as much of a reason to visit as the setting, and the team is exceptionally kind.

Playa del Fuego Camiguin Beach Hostel & Resort

Playa del Fuego is a small place to stay on Camiguin, run by three young Belgians. Don't expect luxury or fancy facilities: there are shared dorms and private rooms in a simple, laid-back setting. You can also eat, have a drink and spend time in the common areas. Agoho Beach is just a few steps away, on the island's west coast.

Mantigue Island

Just a short boat ride from Camiguin, Mantigue Island is a tiny island that looks straight out of a postcard, with white sand, turquoise water and tropical greenery covering much of it. The real highlight, though, is the marine life around the island: you can go snorkeling and, with a bit of luck, swim alongside sea turtles. There are a few small stalls selling drinks and snacks, but the island remains fairly undeveloped.
